There’s Riverina League semis to snap, Farrer League prelims to photograph and let’s not forget the wave of Football Wagga finals.
So, how best to sum up the weekend that was?
It’s hard to go past all the Aussie Rules action with three spectacular games of senior footy on show.
The Farrer League preliminary final between North Wagga and Temora was a historic moment with the Saints marching into their first grand final since 2004 off the back of a 41-point win.
Not to be outdone, the Riverina League semi finals showcased some of the most thrilling footy this year with Collingullie-Glenfield Park stunning undefeated minor premiers Griffith to book their spot in the decider.
The Swans will now face Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong in a preliminary final after the Lions edged defending premiers Leeton-Whitton in a three-point nail biter to keep their title hopes alive.
Over in the round ball game, Wagga United stormed past Tolland to earn a shot at Lake Albert in the Pascoe Cup semi finals while Young ground out an ugly win over Leeton, handing them a date with reigning champions Henwood Park.
The Leonard Cup was no less dramatic with Tolland ousting South Wagga 5-3 and Henwood Park returning to the decider after edging Junee 2-1.
