The Eljay Freestyle Entertainment show is a trials stunt show delivered with a comical twist by Eljay Driessens, who performs as “Randy Ryder” and “Disco Dave”.
The show is based around a purpose-built ramp structure that shows off the skill of trial riding - which generally involves negotiating an obstacle course or extreme terrain without the rider touching the ground.
The Eljay show has become one of Australia's most respected and entertaining, motorcycle and bicycle stunt shows.
“This year’s entertainment is Eljay Freestyle,” Leeton Show Society president Elizabeth Munn said.
“He’ll do a couple of shows, one for Friday and two on Saturday.”
The shows will be performed at 7.30pm on Friday, October 5, and 10.30am and 12.30pm on Saturday, October 6.
Eljay first launched into the world of motorcycle and bicycle trials at the age of 11 and by 14 he was competing at an A-grade level across Australia.
Three years later he hit the word scene and spent time competing on the European and world championship circuit.
