A LEETON shopper has scored a million-dollar division one win in last night’s Monday and Wednesday Lotto draw, but they have yet to come forward to collect their prize.

The Leeton entry was the only division one winning entry across Australia in Monday and Wednesday Lotto draw 3816 on November 12. The winner takes home the guaranteed division one prize of $1 million.
Despite being registered to a Players Club card, NSW Lotteries officials have been unable to contact the winner with the contact details provided and are yet to break that life-changing news as of 4.30pm on Tuesday.
NSW Lotteries spokesman Matt Hart said he couldn’t wait to break the dream-come-true news to the winner.
“We’ve tried calling several times today in an attempt to make contact with Leeton newest millionaire, but have yet to hear the screams of delight,” he exclaimed.
“If you’ve had a few missed calls today, maybe you’re the person we’re wanting to speak to.
“While we will continue to try and reach our Leeton winner, it is also a great reminder to all players to keep their contact details up to date so we can always reach you if you win.”
Mr Hart encouraged everyone who purchased an entry into the draw to check their ticket.
“If you bought a ticket in last night’s Monday Lotto draw, we urge you to check it now,” he said.
“We may have your million-dollar division one prize waiting for you.”

The winning entry was purchased at Leeton Newsagency, 78 Pine Avenue, Leeton.
Leeton Newsagency owner Matt Curry said the million-dollar Lotto win had become the talk of the town.
“We just celebrated our first anniversary of having the store last week so it’s great to see a division one win,” he said.
“It’s what we’ve always wanted and now it’s happened. It’s unreal.
“We’re in a drought at the moment and people are struggling, so it’s great to have some good news to talk about.”
The winning numbers in Monday and Wednesday Lotto draw 3816 on November 12 were 16, 14, 30, 27, 38, 4, while the supplementary numbers were 29 and 37.
