Year 12 students from St Francis College, Yanco Agricultural High School and Leeton High School have again made their respective teachers and families proud with their results this year.
Among those who topped the pool included Yizi Zheng, who was named on the merit list for four subjects, as well as scoring an ATAR of 96.05.
Lindsay Brown from Yanco Agricultural High School was second in the state for Primary Industries, was named on the distinguished achievers list and also picked up the DUX nod for 2012.

At Leeton High School, Chevaughn Moore was the top of the crop.
Leeton High School deputy principal Andrew Morschel was pleased with the efforts of his students.
“As with every year, those who worked hard got the results they were after,” he said.
“However, as a school we are proud of the many students who may not have topped their subjects, but still got the marks they wanted.
“We also want to recognise those who were the first in their family to complete the HSC. It’s pretty special.”
St Francis College also celebrated the achievements of its 2018 graduating class.
Principal Seb Spina said a lot of hard work went into the exams by both students and teachers.
“We are very pleased with the depth of results, including 28 mentions on the state-wide merit list and a total of 132 band six or five results for subject scores over 80.
“Congratulations to the students and their dedicated teachers.”
Yanco Agricultural High School ranked equal first in NSW for the number of students achieving band six results in the subject of primary industries and equal fifth in the state for the number of students achieving a band six result in agriculture.
“We are very pleased with these results,” principal Gary Hunt said.
“Especially in agriculture, but certainly right across the board. It shows the hard work has paid off.
“Many of them also received early entry offers (to university), so that took the pressure off.”
