The teams won both the boys and girls LNPSSA titles on the same day for the first time ever at the Narrandera Basketball Stadium last Friday. Parkview's girls team started proceedings against a tenacious Small Schools outfit and recorded an impressive 78-8 victory.
The match was highlighted by some excellent sportsmanship from both teams and some impressive individual performances from Parkview students.
Ruby Miller hit the scoreboard with 12 points, while Holley Krause pulled off some excellent defensive plays. Lana Simcoe and Daniella Draper were everywhere providing a real spark for the team as they earned a place in the LNPSSA final.

The girls final proved to be a thrilling encounter with Parkview facing much stiffer opposition from Leeton PS who made their way to the decider after a tight win over Narrandera PS.
Despite dominating possession, PPS could not apply any scoreboard pressure trailing by three points at quarter-time. The second quarter had them click into gear with some excellent play from Taylah Axtill and Sophie Taylor.

The final was a close one against Leeton PS who won their way through after defeating Narrandera PS. Parkview assumed early dominance thanks to the shooting skills of Tallis McMillan and the rebounding strength of Kobe O’Callaghan to set up a 20 point half-time lead.
A resurgent Leeton PS took advantage of foul trouble for Parkview and worked their way back into the contest in the second half, however the composure of Luca Pitt on defence along with some telling contributions from Connor Holden and Elijah Berney proved enough as Parkview won their third successive LNPSSA Championship by 13 points.
