The annual gala day will be held on Saturday on the grounds of the school and will once again be the major fundraiser for the YAHS P&C.
A big program awaits participants with both hands on and visual activities part of the agenda.
There will be school tours, a diverse set of stall holders covering paddock to plate, wellness, children’s amusements, rural traders, information gathering, gifts, plants, herbs, skin care products and clothing.
A sumptuous Devonshire tea, fresh sandwiches and a traditional barbecue breakfast and lunch will ensure there are no hungry tummies.
What is known as the "ag circle" will feature the annual shearing competition and agricultural businesses from the region.
Gala day co-ordinator Bronwyn Thomas said the whole community was invited to attend the day and help the school fundraise to ensure vital resources can be purchased.
She said residents don't need to have a connection to the school in order to attend.
"Attending in 2019 will be the Leeton Lions Club train, which will provide an internal round trip of the school grounds," Mrs Thomas said.

"Plus there will be live musical entertainment by local acoustic guitarist/singers and the YAHS drum corps."
The idea of the day is to showcase the school, give stallholders the opportunity to sell their wares, but to also bring together students, parents, staff and the community.
An auction will be another highlight, with many great items up-for-grabs.
Many of the activities are also led by students and staff, including a cattle handler parade and display, guessing the weight of cows, chickens for sale, interactive sheep display and serving up iced coffee and chocolates, fairy floss and slushies.
The carnival atmosphere will offer the chance for residents to do some shopping, relax and support the school, which is a big employer in the shire.
Entry is $5 per person or $10 per car. Limited EFTPOS facilities will be available, so stocking up the wallets with cash is advised.
