With its breathtaking fusion of modern Irish dance and spell binding magic,the performance is one not-to-be-missed. 

The show is also something for the whole family to enjoy, making the present no better time to enjoy a quality production at Leeton's own theatre. 

Celtic Illusion director, producer, choreographer and lead dancer Anthony Street said the performance immediately captured the audience's attention from the moment the curtain was raised. 

“Celtic Illusion showcases a stellar cast of champion and internationally acclaimed dancers, including performers from Riverdance and Lord of the Dance,” he said.

“Celtic Illusion has enjoyed great success, regularly performing to sell-out audiences since the show premiered in 2011.

"We have people contacting us all the time asking when Celtic Illusion will be coming to their town, so we’re really looking forward to bringing the show back to Leeton and to perform in Leeton.

“Audiences will be impressed by some of the fastest tap dancing in the world, not to mention an incredible soundtrack composed by a stellar, team including Angela Little, who co-composed Baz Luhrman’s film Australia."

The stage show has been to the Roxy Theatre before, first appearing in 2014. 

Tickets are now on sale for the show. 

It has been a busy time for theatre, last week it hosted the first of four National Theatre Live programs when Antony and Cleopatra screened.

Leeton Shire Council is collaborating with Sharmill Films for the project. 

These titles have been recorded at the National Theatre in London.

Throughout three more dates this year the theatre will screen William Shakespeare’s The Tragedy of Kind Richard the Second, as well as David Hare’s I’m Not Running and Alan Bennett’s ALLELUJAH.

Roxy Theatre co-ordinator Sam Webber said these titles will bring a new flavor to the long-running cinema, which typically only screens mainstream films.

"We hope by including titles such as these in the Roxy’s program, it will cater for a more diverse range of audiences and demographics, offering entertainment as well as educational material that may coincide with local schools’ English and drama curriculums," he said.
