The L&DCC Yellow side took the longest path to the final after finishing the regular season in third but was able to pick up the B grade premiership after picking up victory over Narrandera on Saturday afternoon.

The Ferrets won the toss and elected to bat and with captain Peter Lashbrook and Patrick Handsaker at the crease they were able to make a strong start. The opening pairing was able to put on 46 runs before Handsaker (30) was caught by Nick O'Brien off the bowling of Tom Butterfield (1/29).
Adrian Axtill was able to pick up where Handsaker left off to help the Ferrets keep the score ticking over with Lashbrook as the pair pushed their side past the 100-mark.
Lashbrook (50) was able to post a fifty before being dismissed by David Kroek, and 20 runs later Kroek was able to take the crucial wicket of Axtill (44).
The Carpheads were able to bowl well from there as the Ferrets lost five wickets for four runs with Kroek (4/47) taking the wickets of Ryan Newman (2) and Kai Schmetzer (0) while Dylan Whiteman (3/7) picked up the wickets of Matt Robertson (9), Bryce Collins (3) and Dylan McKellar (0) to see the Ferrets finish their 35 overs on 8/146.
Narrandera suffered a tough start with Cooper Vearing (0) falling to Collins while Daniel Barton (1/20) picked up the wicket of Jake Grant to see the Carpheads sitting on 2/3 after 1.1 overs.
Ash Cabban and Butterfield tried to get their side back on track with a 29-run stand for the third wicket before Collins picked up the wicket of Cabban (15) while Butterfield (16) fell eight runs later ton the bowling of Matt Robertson.
Kroek and Nick O'Brien put on 16 runs before trouble struck for the Carpheads when O'Brien (11) was dismissed by Robertson (3/14) who followed it up with the wicket of Cooper Irons (0). Kroek (33) was the next to fall with Collins (3/25) picking up his third wicket for the day leaving the Carpheads needing to score 65 runs with 10.3 overs remaining.
Jarrod O'Brien (9) and Greg Irons (8) tried to give their side a chance before O'Brien was the ninth wicket to fall when he was caught by Harrison Steele off the bowling of Handsaker leaving Whiteman and Mitchell McPherson to try and find 45 runs for victory in the final 2.5 overs. However, Handsaker (2/9) dismissed Whiteman (5) to see the Ferrets take the title with a 30-run victory.
