The incident dates back to March 3 around 1.15pm when a blue hatchback, possibly fixed with green p-plates, was seen driving in a dangerous manner on Palm Avenue opposite Woolworths.
It is believed the vehicle then entered the supermarket carpark where it continued driving erratically and performed a number of burnouts.
Later that day about 4pm the driver of the vehicle in question is alleged to have struck a man in what is believed to be a domestic violence incident on the Back Whitton Road.
Police are calling for witnesses to the incident in the carpark to come forward and provide them with any information they may remember from that time on March 3.
