Following the Leeton Show Society's annual general meeting where executive positions were unable to be filled, an emergency meeting was called.
There has been worries an executive wasn't formed the event would not only not go ahead in 2019, but in the years to follow. However, those concerns have now been erased following the emergency meeting.
Bill Aliendi has taken on the role of president, Jan Skewes as secretary and Belinda Collins as secretary.
Several of the smaller positions on the committee still need filling, but Mr Aliendi was confident the show was now secure for many years to come.

"I dare say we will be good from here on in," Mr Aliendi said.
"There's renewed enthusiasm.
"We are a two-day show and there's not many of those left anymore.
"It is great news, but if there is anyone out there that still wants to help or fill a role, we would love to here from them."
The Leeton Show has a long history and already planning is in full swing now for the 2019 event.
The hunt for sponsorship is now on, while residents can also get in early by signing up as a member now and getting special discounts.
Mr Aliendi said shows such as the Leeton one remained critical in country towns.
"They bring the community together," he said.
"It's an event everyone can enjoy."
The 2019 Leeton Show will be held on October 11 and 12. If you would like to lend a hand in some capacity, contact Mr Aliendi on 0418 168 741.
