Navakayala pleaded guilty to striking Ag College winger Simon Miller in the 53-23 loss on Saturday.
Facing a base sanction of four weeks after the incident was deemed in the low range, Navakayala had one week reduced for his plea and other personal circumstances.
It means he will miss Leeton's next two games against Albury and Waratahs following the Easter general bye.
However in good news for the Phantoms he could be back for their clash with Tumut on May 18 due to the looming City v Country representative game.
If selected in the representative clash on May 12, Navakayala would serve the last week of his suspension then, freeing him to take on the Bulls at Jarrah Oval.
