United have enjoyed a strong run so far in the State Cup this season and advanced to the quarter-final after a 1-0 win over Kemps Creek United two weeks ago thanks to an 89th-minute penalty from Adam Raso.
Leeton coach Frank Alampi knows his side will be in for a fierce battle when they take to the field on Sunday afternoon.
"These guys will be just as good as the side we came up against in the last round if not a bit better," he said.
"They have two premier league sides. Not too sure which one we will be facing on the weekend, but they have both had good starts to the season."
The Pennant Hills premier league one side is sitting third in the standings with fives wins from 10 games while the second division side has six wins from their first 10 games.
The Sydney side advanced to the quarterfinals after a 2-0 win over Quakers Hill Junior two weeks ago and have only conceded two goals in the competition so far this season.
This could prove an added test for a United side who have struggled in front of goal in the last couple of matches.
"We just have to work on our attack and finish our chances," he said.
"Our defence has been better of the last couple of weeks which is good, but if you don't take your chances it will come back to hurt you, and that is what has been happening over the last couple of weeks."
The make-up of the side will look different this weekend with a number of players set to miss the clash.
"Dan McKenzie is still out, he hasn't played since our last trip up to Sydney," he said.
"Joey Fondacaro is nursing an ankle injury. He will travel to Sydney with the squad but is still only 50-50 chance of getting on the park.
"We also have a couple out with other commitments meaning they can't travel up so we won't have the full squad, but I have confidence in the side that takes to the park."
The game between Leeton United and Pennant Hills will kick off at 12.15pm.
