The head honchos from the Royal Freemasons Benevolent Institution (RFBI), the organisation that owns the Leeton Masonic Village, were in town on Thursday to meet with staff and residents.
This most-recent visit was prompted by the ongoing Royal Commission into aged care, with the top bosses wanting their staff to know they have their continued support.
Chief executive officer Frank Price also wanted to get feedback from residents on how life is at the lodge for them.
Complaints from the residents were few and far between, with one saying "there's too much food" and another "there's too much ice cream".
Mr Price said it was crucial residents felt well looked after and staff supported.
In some instances in other areas where RFBI has aged care facilities, staff wearing their name tag badges who have been grocery shopping after work have been verbally abused by the community because of what they've heard coming out in the Royal Commission.

"Thankfully that isn't happening in Leeton," Mr Price said.
"The issue with the abuse that has been reflected (in the Royal Commission) ... is terrible.
"It's not acceptable and should never happen, but it doesn't represent the industry.
"We are very strict with our recruitment program. If anyone within the six-month probabtion period is deemed not to be acceptable for our industry, we do cull them.
"The one's we've got throughout our organisation, they are amazing human beings who provide a great service."
Mr Price and RFBI chief of operations Louanne Riboldi have been travelling around the state to visit each of the organisation's 22 aged care facilities.
They believe the Leeton Masonic Lodge's staff should hold their head high.
However, they are aware it is becoming increasingly difficult to attract people to the aged care work force and that is something they are looking at addressing.
