The Hoppers bounced back from last week's loss to Wagga Tigers with a 49-point victory over the Crows, 18.11 (119) to 11.4 (70) at Leeton Showground.
Nine goals in the first quarter helped as Coolamon opened up a 45-point lead at quarter time.
From there, it was an even contest with the Crows winning the second and third quarters.
Coolamon co-coach Jamie Maddox was pleased to come away with a strong victory.
"To win by 50 points in Leeton, you're going to take that," Maddox said.
"In the first quarter we got back to playing the footy we want to play. We started really well.
"Then we slowed down and didn't play the style of footy we want to as they picked up their pressure and won a bit more of the footy.
"They were pretty handy and played well."
Luke Redfern continued his brilliant form with another strong display for Coolamon, while Matt McGowan kicked five goals in a commanding performance. Joe Redfern also contributed with three goals.
The Hoppers lost Luke McLoughlin for 15 minutes to a yellow card but got through the contest without any fresh injury concerns.
Matt Rainbird, Jade Hodge and Bryce O'Garey led the way for the Crows.
Hodge and Ryan Dunn both kicked three goals.
