A public meeting at the club has been called for 7pm on Wednesday with all shire residents invited to attend.
The idea behind the meeting will be to inform the community where things are at with the club following the departure of its secretary-manager, who has taken up a new role elsewhere, as well as another long-term staff member calling time on her position at the facility.

Rumours have been swirling the club's doors are set to close as it continues to battle financial troubles, but director Glenn Preston said this wasn't the case.
"We had a meeting with staff last week and they are wanting to do whatever they can to help keep the club afloat," Mr Preston said.
"This meeting will be a chance for the community to hear what will are looking to do moving forward.
"We would like to see as many people there as possible to listen and show their support for the club."
The meeting will be held on Wednesday at 7pm.
