That's according to Leeton Phantoms coach Seru Rogo, whose team must win this weekend against Tumut if they are any chance of making this year's finals.
Leeton will host the Bulls at No. 1 Oval and are expecting to take a full strength team into the match.
It will be the first time in many weeks this has happened.
"It's been very hard with numbers because of players having work commitments and other commitments," Rogo said.

"This weekend we shouldn't have to worry about any of that.
"We're playing at home again. The boys know what is at stake.
"They know we have to win every game from now on."
The Phantoms are seventh on the first grade ladder, but the Bulls are only seven points ahead in fifth.
"Tumut are a good side," Rogo said.
"They have some good players ... some old heads and some new players as well.
"We had a good training on Tuesday night and we'll brush up on a few things (on Thursday night) to make sure we're ready."
Rogo has full confidence his team will get the win on Saturday afternoon, but said a full team effort will be required.
"There's a lot on the line this weekend, but I know the boys are capable of winning," he said.
