Coaches Andy Bedford and Jonathon Andreou have assembled a strong team to tackle Newcastle-Hunter in the curtain raiser to the Wallaroos' Test against Japan in Newcastle on Saturday.
Bedford is unsure what to expect from their rivals, but after having an initial squad of around 60 players is pleased with the team assembled.
"It's a very strong team," Bedford said.
"I'm pretty lucky with the numbers that we had we were able to pick from a really strong squad."
There is good representative from across Southern Inland.
Tumut leads the way with five players, Leeton is the only club not represented while Hay's Megan Pearson has been picked at fullback.
Bedford was thrilled to have such variety to draw from and believes the timing of the clash is a great way to elevate the sport.
"It's the perfect opportunity for them to show how far rugby has come down in this area," he said.
"I don't know much about the strength of the Hunter rugby but if there men's are anything to go by it is going to be pretty strong."
With the representative game there is a bye in the women's 10s competition but Tumut and Leeton will play their deferred clash at Leeton No.1 Oval on Saturday.
With the Dianas not affected they will be out to cause an upset against their high-flying rivals.
Tumut sit in second after overcoming a scare against Ag College last week.
Fresh off a 29-21 win against Waratahs, Aggies almost pulled off another big scalp before falling 29-22.
The other games from across the round where much more one-sided.
Leaders CSU enjoyed a 47-0 win over Wagga City, Waratahs took a 39-0 victory against Leeton while Griffith travelled to Albury and came away with a 52-10 win.
It means Wagga City are 10 points behind the fourth-placed Blacks.
