D Naylor, J Bourke and D Colyer will challenge J Lloyd, M Pete and J Walker. Note the new roll-up time of 9.10am, with play to start at 9.30am.
The drawn winners were D Naylor and S Tyack. E Sullivan won the lucky draw.
Preparations are well underway for our President's Tournament Day on Tuesday, July 23.
The monthly meeting, along with the AGM, was well attended. Our present committee members were all re-elected.
LSC: We have been blessed with beautiful weather for the past couple of week's play. July 3 results saw Jean Plant, Lorraine McKellar and Betty Howard take the winner's prize. Runners-up: Colleen Harrison, Barbara Gulotta and Laurel Cox.
Last Wednesday's winners were Val Bloem and Lee Noble. Runners-up: Colleen Harrison, Margaret McKenzie and Lorraine McKellar.
Following bowls tomorrow, the AGM will be held. It would be nice to see a good attendance.
A fun day of bowls is planned for July 31. The format of play is not yet known but please be sure to enter. Lunch to follow play.
