The Hawks will host the ladder-leaders where the top spot on the ladder will be up-for-grabs.
Yanco-Wamoon are second behind the Panthers, but only by a solitary point, which means a win on Sunday will catapult them to the top.
Coach Monique Higgins is hopeful the match will end in the Hawks' favour.
"Last time we played them we did lose, but it was a fairly good contest for most of the game," she said.
"The scoreline didn't really reflect how the match went. We had a few out then, but we should have everyone ready to go on Sunday.
"We'll be missing a couple of our Yanco Ag girls, but our core players are all available."
Should the Hawks win, it will be the first time they have ever sat atop the league tag ladder.
Last weekend was another good win for the side when they defeated Hay 40-10.
"We played eight-a-side because they were down a few numbers and we were happy to accommodate that," Higgins said.

This weekend the coach believes the game will be won with good ball control and tight defence.
Meanwhile, the Greens also scooped up a victory last weekend.
They took down West Wyalong 28-10 on the road and will now enjoy a week off thanks to the club bye.
Coach Paul McGregor said the Greens dominated both halves of the game.
"We spoke about holding them out and keeping from scoring, but they were able to score late in the first half with about a minute to go and it was about the same again in the second," he said.
"We probably got a bit complacent in those moments, but other than that we did dominate."
With the bye this weekend, McGregor has decided to give his players some time off from training to regroup and refocus heading into the important end of the season.
The side had a session at the gym on Tuesday night, followed by a team dinner.
"Other than that I'll be letting them rest up and we'll get back into it properly again next week," McGregor said.
