After putting it to Irrigator readers to discuss, opinions remain split on whether the festival should be held every second year (the opposite year to the Leeton SunRice Festival) and the actual date it should be held.
This year's event was held from July 12 to 14 in what was certainly chilly conditions.
However, the weekend following the festival was quite mild, so it can be a toss of the coin.
The festival had myriad of events, but most of Saturday's festivities were held outside, which may have kept some away.
However, many of the other events as part of the festival were held within the walls of some of Leeton shire's most iconic art deco buildings.
The question of when the next festival should be held continues to generate comment and debate.

Tanya Taylor traveled to Leeton with the Early Ford V8 Club, which made up a large contingent of the vintage cars which were on display and involved in several events throughout the festival.
"You only have to look at Napier, New Zealand and what they have achieved with their Art Deco Festival to see the potential in Leeton," she said.
"But, we all froze at this time of year. A nine-hour trip for some of us in the old cars - no heating in the 1930s. September sounds good. We will all be back for the next festival."
Other stated they believed the festival should be held biennially on the off-year to the SunRice Festival to avoid volunteer burnout.
Ultimately, the decision on what date and how often the festival is held will come down to Leeton Shire Council.
