Maggie Maguire took home the 2019 Belle of the Ball title at this year's Rotary Club of Leeton event.
Miss Maguire was partnered by Josh Thomas on what was a night of fun and laughter for all of those who took part.
Some outside of the Leeton shire community may find the tradition of naming a 'belle of the ball' antiquated, but that's not the case here.
With 23 young women and their partners enjoying the festivities, the event was not only an opportunity to glam up after having already participated in at least one debutante ball this year, but a night to remember with family and friends.
Rotary Club of Leeton's director of public image Nicholas Wright said the tradition was one that was alive and well.
"It's not really about who is named belle of the ball, it's moved away from that to be more of a night to just enjoy with family and friends," he said.

"We're lucky in Leeton to have the Scottish ball, Catholic ball and the op shop ball.
"I know the judges had a hard time picking one winner on the night."
The event is the Rotary Club of Leeton's biggest annual fundraising event, with money made going back into the community through donations and disbursements.
