Held each year, the parade is something looked forward to by both students and staff members alike.
Students dressed as their favourite characters to match this year's theme which was "reading is my secret power".
Parkview Public School principal Travis Irvin said the day was met with excitement and flair.
"The children certainly embraced the theme to produce some wonderful costumes," he said.
"A huge vote of thanks is extended to the parents and carers who put in so much time and effort to help the children construct their costumes for the event."
The parade was attended by a huge amount of those parents, carers and community members to support the children as they strutted their stuff.
There were also prizes handed out on the day in each year group.
