Miss Rosengreen won the Jean Dobson Memorial Award, which is rotated among the disciplines each year and, in 2019, it was ballet and revue's turn.
The prestigious honour is awarded to the most promising competitor in that discipline.
Winter, from Griffith, also picked up the Burton Family Trophy for the revue scholarship.
Leeton's Laura Johnstone was awarded the Lena Disalvatore and Chris Martin Trophy for the ballet scholarship, wile the junior revue scholarship was given to Megan Rovere.

The senior scholarships are worth $500 each and awarded by the adjudicator to a competitor who shows potential in furthering their studies and career in these fields.
"It is a great deal of work, but when you see the enjoyment the competitors and audience get, it is all worth it," discipline convenor Tracie Ciccia said.
