The revamped festival was held in July this year to much success, with the decision then needing to be made as to how to proceed from there.
On Wednesday night, Leeton Shire Council voted to hold the event every year in July.

The 2020 dates will be July 10, 11 and 12.
While the majority of councillors were receptive to the date, some were concerned about the cool, winter temperatures.
However, by holding the event at this time of year, organisers said it not only provides the opportunity to access funding to make the festival bigger and better, but it is a time of year that will set it apart from anything else.
Council's events and cultural services co-ordinator Suesann Vos is already working on locking in the many varied and different events that will make up next year's festival.
She was pleased council had given the green light after the event received plenty of positive feedback in 2019, as well as giving the shire a tourism boost.
Many attendees traveled from afar to attend, including a large car club, which will now look to hold its national conference in Leeton as a result.
"With the feedback we received there were some questioning the date, but a lot of people also saying how much they loved it," Mrs Vos said.
"The outfits of that era call for lovely big coats and hats. I think this is something we can claim as ours and being uniquely Leeton.
"Now that everyone has seen from our first event how successful it can be, it's only going to get bigger."
Mrs Vos said there are so many ideas she wants to bring to life for the festival.
"There's just so much potential ... it's very exciting." she said.
Residents interested in joining the planning committee should contact Mrs Vos.
