Following the success of the return of the Leeton Business Awards, which are organised by the chamber, the organisation had a period of quiet down time during the cooler months.
However, with the end of the year in sight, the chamber is working to bring several new initiatives to the fore.
This will kick off with the relaunch of what it calls "business after hours" on September 27 from 6pm at the new Leeton business hub.
This hub has recently opened at 45 Pine Avenue and is home to the Business Enterprise Centre, Leeton Connect, as well as regularly being used by allied health professionals or others who need an office in Leeton for a day.

Chamber president Wayne Bond said the event would be an opportunity for business owners and their staff to wind down in a casual setting at the end of the week.
"I don't think many know about the hub yet, it hasn't really been launched yet as it's only really opened very recently," he said.
"We haven't had a business after hours for a few months, so we're getting back together as a business community.
"It's mainly about networking. We've got a couple of guest speakers coming. One of the Leeton Connect guys will be having a chat with us and hopefully there will be some art deco (festival) information presented as well."
In July, employment figures showed a boost in the amount of positions created throughout NSW and the state's unemployment rate fell to 4.4 per cent, while one in two new Australian jobs over the past year were created in NSW.
Mr Bond said the business climate in Leeton continued to be stable.
"It's like two sides of a coin at the moment," he said.
"We've got people struggling because of the drought, but they are still fighting and keeping going.
"However, there's still new businesses popping up, which is good to see.
"There's things happening, there's activity. Hopefully people in the community are continuing to support their local businesses."
Mr Bond said those businesses who may be facing tough times should attend the after hours event to have a chat with other like-minded people.
"It's something for everyone, very casual and it's good to just get out and chat with each other," he said.
The chamber will also be holding its annual general meeting at the end of November.
"There are major changes coming to the NSW Business Chamber," Mr Bond said.
"They are looking at a complete rebrand and restructure of how they do what they do, so it is something we are looking to align with.
"This is of course something we will be addressing at that annual general meeting."
