Southern Cotton has announced its latest venture, which will be known as the Whitton Malt House, and will aim to be a tourism destination.
Situated on the Darlington Point Road, the cellar door complex is already attracting plenty of interest online.
"The Whitton Malt House will be a large cellar door and high-end event facility that will offer locals and visitors a place to experience regional food, unique beverages, agritourism, education, outdoor activities and relaxation in a beautiful indoor and outdoor setting," Southern Cotton general manager Kate O'Callaghan said.

Southern Cotton recently purchased a minor shareholding in Voyager Craft Malt (Voyager), which is a locally-based specialty malt producer that specialises in growing and malting hand-crafted malts for craft brewers and spirit producers.
"Plans have been underway for some time to building a new Voyager malt facility on-site to cope with increasing production needs ... we soon realised there was nowhere to showcase the beautiful products created with the incredible Voyager malt," Mrs O'Callaghan said.
"That's where the Whitton Malt House idea began."
Set to open next year, the Whitton Malt House will create several new jobs and aims to have a large economic impact.
"According to the 2018 Riverina Murray Destination Management Plan, despite our region being recognised as one of Australia's most important food bowls, the Riverina Murray needs additional quality and engaging food tourism experiences," Mrs O'Callaghan said.
"We're aiming to help address this gap.
"We're also keen to tap into the food trail experience currently on offer throughout the Riverina in partnership with businesses like, Coolamon Cheese, Junee Licorice Factory and Corowa Whisky and Chocolate.
"We feel our experience will fit perfectly alongside these businesses."
The Whitton Malt House will have a wide variety of unique selling points that will appeal to the entire family, including:
An indoor cellar door experience: To showcase regional produce and beverages, visitors will be treated to various offerings such as spirit and craft beer tasting boards, cheese, gourmet meats, breadboards, whisky blending classes and other local produce, regional wine and coffee. Visitors will be encouraged to experience, learn about our produce and story, sit, eat, drink and enjoy the ambiance.
Outdoors experience: A landscaped park-like area will be on offer. The gardens will feature a beautiful lake, plus a children's playground, swing bridge, fishing rods for hire for Murray Cod catch and release lake fishing, as well as hole in one lake golf.
