Leeton Shire Council had been running a promotion to encourage residents to sign up to receive their rates notices and water bills via email.
By doing just that, Rhondda Cochrane and Lucy Demarzo have won an iPad each after their names were drawn as being the winners.
Both have been notified and will receive their prize in the coming weeks.
Council's manager finance Jackie Hawkins said a good response was received from ratepayers to the competition.

"To date we have had 235 ratepayers register for 'e-notices and 34 registered for 'BPay view'," she said.
"We are hoping more ratepayers will signup for both of these services as it is a much more timely and efficient way to receive notices relating to your rates and water bills."
E-notices allows ratepayers to register to receive electronic copies of their notices directly to their email.
BPay View is a method of receiving notices directly to ratepayers' online banking.
Residents can still register for either service.
