A Twenty20 competition will get the 2019-20 season underway for both A and B grades on Saturday at Narrandera Park.
In A grade this will have Narrandera taking on the L&D CC Ferrets, with both teams hoping to pull together the best teams available for the match.
The sides will have a different make up compared to the last couple of seasons.
For Narrandera that will mean bringing back several experienced veterans into the mix.
Both sides will also likely need to draw on B grade players throughout the season to ensure full teams each week.

Narrandera captain Brent Lawrence said Anthony Craig and Jason Williams would be returning to the mix.
"We've brought back some of our veterans this season to help us out, which is great," he said.
"There's going to be some youth in there too.
"We'll probably have to draw on B grade a little bit.
"We'll be giving anyone who wants to have a go a run.
"I think the whole idea this year will be to get out there and enjoy our cricket. We will obviously still be competitive, but it's getting back to having a bit more fun with it I think."
The Carpheads will face the Ferrets on Saturday in what should be an interesting encounter to get the year underway.
L&D CC senior player Scott McDonald is putting together this weekend's side and expects there to be a big injection of youth this season.
Many of the Ferrets senior players have either moved on or aren't available this weekend.
This makes way for some of the club's younger talent to come through and mark their mark on the senior competition.
"I'm not too sure yet what sort of team we will have on the weekend ... Richie (Richard) Smith will likely be our captain," McDonald said.
"A lot of our younger players will get a crack this year, so that will be good."
When it comes to the B grade competition, there is currently three teams in the mix this season, but there could be a possibility of a second Yanco side joining in, which would eliminate the need for a bye.
The C grade fixture will also soon get underway.
This year it will be held mid-week on a Wednesday.
