And despite many feeling the pinch with the drought, the amount of interest the Shine Your Lyght's Spiritual, Psychic and Well-being expo gained has seen the one-off event likely to become an annual celebration.
Organiser Daryl said they were unsure of how the community would receive the fair, however it blew all their expectations out of the water.
"We had 400 people come across the two days," Daryl said.
"I think everyone is happy considering it was not exactly the best weekend in terms of weather, with the gale-force winds, everyone having issues with the drought, so considering all of that it worked out really well."
Both local and far flung stall holders came to take part in the event, including those from Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Wagga, Griffith, Leeton, Mornington Peninsular, and more.
And even visitors were attracted from around the region as well, with Daryl meeting people from Deniliquin, Yarrawonga, Albury-Wodonga, as well as several sisters who made the trip up from Canberra for the whole weekend.

Since the event, Daryl says he has been inundated with calls from locals to take part in the next event, which is already slotted for the first week of July.
Daryl wished to extend his heartfelt thanks to The Hungry Fox and the Leeton Tourism's Hannah Fitzsimmons for truly making the weekend a reality.
"If it wasn't for them, the event wouldn't have happened - they helped get it off the ground, get the fliers out, the publicity and social media as well."
