The side is going head-to-head with West Wyalong on Saturday afternoon at Leeton Indoor Stadium.
Both teams have won three matches apiece this season and both have lost two.
This means whoever gets the victory on Saturday will go on to face Griffith in the women's decider on November 16.
The last time the two teams met was in round three where Leeton scored a close 59-51 win on West Wyalong's home turf.
Leeton will head into the game with plenty of confidence after defeating Narrandera last weekend, while West Wyalong went down to Griffith 52-27.

With so much resting on Saturday's outcome, women's coach Josh Clyne was confident his team would be able to get the job done.
"We started off slowly last time we played them, but luckily we got moving and our shooting percentage was really good," he said.
"We'll using our running game to our advantage and hopefully shoot well."
Griffith, West Wyalong and Leeton have been the top three women's sides this season.
Clyne said West Wyalong would provide a tough challenge on Saturday.
"They are a very physical side," he said. "They come at your hard, so we've just got to be ready for that."
Meanwhile, the Leeton Eagles men's side will also play West Wyalong on Saturday afternoon.
The men are coming off a close loss to Narrandera, but regardless of this weekend's result won't be able to make the grand final.
The team has worked hard this season and will be looking to finish the competition on a high note.
The women's match gets underway at the Leeton Indoor Stadium on Saturday at 2pm, followed by the men's at 3.30pm.
