Ravu recently represented with Papua New Guinea at the World Nines competition in Sydney before again being selected by the country to play in a Test match series against England.
The first of those Test matches was held on Saturday and, while Ravu's Orchids team went down 24-10, she was pleased to see the team had improved.
"England are quite a good side, so it was good we were able to score, but also defend well too," she said.
"We play the second and last Test against them this coming Saturday in Port Moresby."
Ravu said the selections with PNG had "come out of the blue", but it was an experience she won't forget anytime soon.
"Playing with PNG at the World Nines and now with this side is just amazing," she said.
"It's so surreal, but it's a lot of fun.
"I've enjoyed every game we've played and I'm so thankful for the experience."
Ravu and her team were travelling to Port Moresby on Monday morning and will spend the remainder of the week training to prepare for Saturday's match.
