Already this year Aquna has taken away awards at the Griffith Business Awards, the Riverina-Murray Business Awards.
NSW Business Chamber CEO Stephen Cartwright congratulated Aquna on being a "fantastic, innovative and progressive" business.
"{Aquna] thoroughly deserve to be named Business of the Year," he said.
"To think that they tested themselves against businesses from every region across our State and came out on top speaks volumes for the work they do, and how they do it."
By using a land-based aquaculture model, Aquna has one of the lowest environmental footprints in the industry.
