Parkview Public School assistant principal Jackson Goman reached some rare air recently, managing the NSWPSSA Boys Touch Football Team at the School Sport Australia National Touch Football Championships in Canberra.
Goman, who coaches at all levels of the school touch football pathway, has been involved at the elite level of primary school sport for four years with 2019 proving to be a drought breaking year for NSW.

He is also heavily involved in the running and co-ordination of Leeton's touch competitions.
The NSW team went through the championships defeating arch rivals Queensland in the national final 7-5 to secure NSW's first national title since 2013.
The feat was not lost on Parkview Principal Travis Irvin.
"This is a significant achievement," he said.
"It is a real credit to Jackson's capacity to foster quality athletes at the elite level.
"We are lucky to have many talented sports coaches in our school and this achievement is a reflection of that."
Goman will look to make it back to back titles in 2020 when the national championships are hosted in the Riverina's own backyard in Wagga.
