A FOOT chase led to six charges for one man in Leeton on the weekend.

Leeton police chased the 40-year-old man on foot around 7.30pm after seeing him riding on what appeared to be an unregistered motorcycle with no helmet along Back Whitton Road.
The man dropped the bike and ran towards Blackwood Street, but officers were able to catch up with him in Pendula Street.
Further investigations into the matter meant the man has now been charged with six offences relating to the motorcycle and drugs that were allegedly found on the main at the time.
He has been released on bail to attend Griffith Local Court on December 12.
Meanwhile, as part of Operation Chrome a Leeton man has been charged with high range PCA after being pulled over by officers for a random breath test on Saturday night.

The 50-year-old returned a positive result and was taken to Leeton police station where a further reading returning a result of 0.211.
The man's licence was suspended immediately.
"Police in Leeton will continue to target traffic offences ... if you drive drunk you will be caught," Inspector Justin Cornes said.
