STUNNING murals featuring Australian wildlife and fauna from the area have brightened up Yanco Public School's surroundings.

The murals came about after a member of Yanco Public's P&C found an image online showcasing the work of artist Sam Hall and the project snowballed from there.
"We contacted the school where the work had been completed," Yanco Public principal Tarnya Grigg said.
"Sam spent a lot of time talking with our students about his paintings and the processes he uses to create his work.

"(Students are really excited about the new images on our walls and have learnt some great techniques for making their own artworks.
"Many community members have commented about the artworks and there has been a very positive response (online)."
