The pair have officially graduated from the school and their farewell dinner was something the pair had plenty of input into.
Colour schemes and what the cake would be on the night were planned meticulously by the two school leavers as they wanted to ensure a night of fun celebrations for themselves, but also their family, teachers and friends.
Gralee School acting principal Carly Dunn said the pair had come ahead in leaps and bounds during their years of education.
"Deon came to us in year 8 ... she is a really good leader," she said.

"She's developed from a shy, young girl, who didn't say a lot to the person that we now turn to when we need a speech made.
"She loves giving impromptu speeches."
Sport was also something Deon has grown to love at Gralee after once not having an interest at all to captaining the boccia the team.
Bryce has also developed into someone Ms Dunn said she was going to struggle without next year at school.
"He's always there helping, usually me, whenever I need something done," she said.
"It doesn't matter what it is, Bryce will always help out.
"He's grown up into a real adult and we're so proud of him."
Both Bryce and Deon have also represented as Gralee's school captains and on the Student Representative Council.
Ms Dunn said the school would feel different in 2020 without the pair as they move onto the next phase of their lives.
"We're definitely going to miss both of them so much," she said.
