Eippermill is new addition to the Coelli stable at Yanco, purchased off Gary Gardner after trialling at Leeton late last month.
Coelli was a close second in the final with Mans Hands three years ago before having her half-sister Realnspectacular knocked down early in last year's group three feature.
He is hoping Eippermill will give him something to cheer about in the lucrative series.
"I seen this one at the joggers and the trials over a few weeks and heard she might of been on the market so we picked her up on Boxing Day night," Coelli said.
"She probably isn't as brilliant as the other ones I've had but she is really correct.
"She's an intelligent animal, does every right, gets out of the gate really good, paces nice and just ticks a lot of boxes.
"I thought she had a lot of upside to her."
Coelli admitted she was purchased for this race specifically.
"Being from Leeton it is the one I've always wanted and I went and sourced this horse solely for this race knowing it was up and going, it was ready and did things right," he said.
"She ticks a lot of the boxes that most Breeders Plate winners tick.
"It had the right prep, was finishing its trials nicely and looked a little bit bomb proof."
Eippermill has drawn barrier two in the second of the two MIA Breeders Plate heats on Friday.
Only one horse from each heat will miss a place in the January 24 final but Coelli believes it is the stronger of the two.
However he is pleased with her draw.
"In my opinion we are in probably the stronger of the two heats but we definitely drew a good barrier," Coelli said.
"She will acquit herself pretty good as she has seen Leeton before whereas a lot of them haven't.
"We all know the dangers that can throw in."
Eippermill won the two-year-old trial at Leeton on Sunday.
However only a half neck separated the field of three, with Malakie and Rocknroll Runa to clash in the first of the heats.
"We went around on Sunday as I wanted to get a bit of a feel for her and make sure I had all the gear right," Coelli said.
"I wanted her to get out of the gate good at the trials and she led up nice and comfortably but I don't think the ones in behind us were knocked around a real lot but we finished with the plugs in and went to the line nice and strong. I think it will only help her."
