After winning the toss and electing to bat the Ferrets would have been looking to signal their intentions early with Mathew Axtill and Peter Lashbrook at the crease.
The opening pair were able to see off the new ball and got the score to 44 in the 13th over before Lashbrook (26) departed when Rohan Lacey caught him off the bowling of John Semmens.
Axtill tried to keep the score ticking over when Tyler O'Connell, however, Axtill (15) became Semmens (2/18) second victim of the afternoon to see the Ferrets fall to 2/57.
O'Connell (6) fell to the bowling of Mark Doyle eight runs later meaning Adrian Axtill and Noah Maybon would be looking to get their side back on track as they were sitting on 3/65 after 20 overs.
Over the course of the next five over the Ferrets were able to push on towards the hundred-mark before Axtill became the second victim of Mark Doyle after he was caught by Thomas Camm, while Richard Smith followed Axtill back to the pavilion 15 runs later when he was run out by Camm.
Wickets continued to fall at regular intervals for the Ferrets by Maybon (27) was able to make a contribution before Doyle caught him off the bowling of Brent Lister (1/11).
After a 16-run stand between Maclean Crompton and Bryce Rogers had their side heading towards a finishing total of around 150 before Doyle stuck to remove Crompton (12).
Not content with just the one wicket in the over Doyle (4/7) completed his outstanding afternoon with the ball in hand with the wicket of Dylan Browne (0) while Dylan McKellar (0) became the second Ferret batsman to be run out by Thomas Camm.
Bryce Rogers (12*) finished unbeaten as the L&D side finished their 40 overs on 9/135.
The Stags made a strong start at the top of the order with Jason Burke and Dan Hillam putting on 29 runs in the first eight overs before Burke (22) was trapped in front by Adrian Axtill.
Mathew Axtill got in on the wicket-taking soon after when he claimed the wicket Josh Lanham (2) just 11 runs later as they tried to put the pressure back on the Stags.
Hillam remained composed despite the two wickets falling around him and alongside Tye Clancy the pair were able to put on 40 runs and get their side into a strong position before O'Connell (1/27) claimed the wicket of Clancy (17) while Hillam (33) was run out by Rogers.
With 118 deliveries remaining in the innings and only 47 runs required time was on the side of the Stags.
Jordan Camm and Mark Doyle got their side past the hundred-mark and had closed to within 26 runs of victory before Adrian Axtill (2/12) claiming the wicket of Jordan Camm (16) while Thomas Camm (1) followed soon after when he was bowled by Crompton (1/24).
It was of little concern for the Stags as Doyle (6*) and Semmens (13*) were able to hit the remaining runs to see the Yanco side pick up a four-wicket win with 9.1 overs in hand.
The Stags will travel to Narrandera next weekend to take on the Carpheads.
