Around 1.30am on February 9, officers pulled over a male driver in Oak Street for a random breath test.
The 32-year-old returned a positive reading and was taken to the Leeton police station for a further breath analysis.
This returned a reading of 0.105, which is double the legal limit.
The man's licence was suspended and he was issued with a notice to attend Leeton Local Court.
Police said last week they would be cracking down on drink drivers in the Murrumbidgee Police District after four children in Sydney were allegedly killed by a drunk driver.
While patrolling Pine Avenue on February 8, officers also pulled over a 40-year-old man driving a silver sedan.

Upon further investigation it was discovered the man's licence had been disqualified until 2027 and, as a result, he was issued with a notice to attend Leeton Local Court.
Police have reminded residents they will continue to crack down on drink driving and dangerous traffic offences.
