The two sides will meet on Saturday at Yanco Sportsground and it will be a chance to fight for the coveted second spot on the ladder behind the L&D CC.
There are just four rounds remaining in the one-day competition before the grand final, which will be played by the top two sides.
Both the Stags and the Carpheads are certainly not out of the race.
