The major grand finals were held between the Wade Hotel Hornets and the Leeton Soldiers Club Tigers in the women's, while in the men's decider it was the Yanco Hotel Pandas facing the L&D Dragons.
Matches were also played between the remaining teams to finalise their position on the ladder, whether it be third, fourth, fifth or sixth.
The women's decider was very much a one-sided affair, with the Wade Hotel Hornets dominating from the outset to take out the Community Cup title, 31-0.
"The Hornets never looked to be troubled," Cup organiser Warren Weir said.
"They played very well."
The men's grand final was a closer finish after a late comeback from the L&D Dragons, but it was the Yanco Hotel Pandas who took the honours, 21-14.
Player of the series honours went to Paiton Sainsbury and Kane Hammond.
Weir said the six-week competition had been well received in its second year.
"It went pretty well," he said.
"It gives everyone a good opportunity to get into some pre-season no matter what sport they play.
"For me personally as the Greens (first grade) coach, it's really great for us.
"The boys now already have several weeks of a bit of contact play behind them as we head into this weekend's West Wyalong knockout."
Weir said the event would likely be going ahead next year.
"Yeah, I think so," he said.
"There's probably a few little teething things we need to sort out.
MORE SPORT
"One of those would be probably buying the jumpers as a whole and then handing them out each year rather than individuals having to purchase their own each year."
Weir thanked all of the referees, touch judges and sporting clubs that participated in and helped run the cup each week.
He also thanked the following sponsors: the L&D, Wade Hotel, Leeton Soldiers Club, Leeton Hotel, Freckled Duck, Yanco Pub, Trowel King, Zest and major sponsors NRMA and Studio 9 Fitness.
