The event was held early last month, with the weather turning it on for the carnival.
"All students are to be commended on their participation in both the swimming and novelty events," principal Meagan Crelley said.
"Following our carnival, a team of over 50 (38 individual athletes combining with additional students for relays) were selected to represent the school, competing at the South West Zone carnival being held here in Leeton on February 19.
"As always we truly appreciate the support of parents, family and friends at our carnival and wish to thank all of our volunteers for their contribution."
Leeton High 2020 swimming age champions:
- 12 years - Mackenzie Lee and Connor Holden
- 13 years - Amelia Irvin and Tom Cooper
- 14 years - Tori Glenn and Raith Henman
- 15 years - Madeline Irvin and Jhi Grundy
- 16 years - Brooke Eglinton and joint champions Jhie Deaton and Thomas Heins
- Open - Rhea Fairweather and Dion DeMamiel
David House (753) were the convincing house champions on the day.
Hunter House (560) finished runner-up with Mawson (461) and Smith (282) taking out the minor placings.

House captains for 2020 were also elected on the day.
The 2020 captains and vice captains are:
- DAVID: Captains - Nathan Baulch, Brooke Eglinton, Vice-Captains - Jack Coelli, Milly Garth.
- HUNTER: Captains - Josh Joy, Brielle Johnson-Nolan, Vice-Captains - Samuel Anau, Marni Elliott.
- MAWSON: Captains - Matthew Ryan, Sarah Allen, Vice-Captains - Kasey Aliendi, Braith Schmetzer.
- SMITH: Captains - Emerson Cody, Petra Toia, Vice-Captains - Angus Crelley, Alison Moller.
