Dan Hillam has led Yanco to a nail-biting win over Narrandera in the LDCA B grade competition which sees their lead grow to 20 points.

The Narrandera side won the toss however were on the back foot early with Andrew Kouzan (2/16) and Jock Yelland taking three early wickets before Cooper Irons, and Tom Butterfield lead a fightback for the Carpheads.
The fourth-wicket pairing put on 71 runs to get the Narrandera side into a stronger position before Irons (42) fell to Callum Dunn while Butterfield (53) posted a fifty before being run out with the score on 111.
Nick O'Brien (15) was the only other Narrandera batsman to break double digits while Yelland (2/23) and Dunn (2/46) as the Carpheads batted out their 35 overs to reach 8/144.
Hillam was the only Stags batsman to get a start which was lucky for the Yanco side.
After losing Max Yelland (0) with the score on 13, Logan Mahalm and Hillam were able to put on 82 runs to get the Stags into a strong position before Mahalm (16) was dismissed by Irons (1/35).
Hillam (100) was the next to fall after posting his century which saw the Stags lose 7/9 with O'Brien (3/7) and Jack Rilen (2/7) doing the damage.
The Stags were able to crawl over the line with Glenn Hillam (2*) hitting the winning runs to secure the Yanco's one-wicket win.
In C grade, L&D were able to build their lead at the top of the table after a win over St Francis.
Blake McDonald (59) and Noah Maybon (26*) led the way for the Ferrets as they posted 4/112 off 20 overs with Joel Golding (2/10) the pick of the bowlers for St Francis.
Maybon (3/8) and Eligh Watson (3/8) did the damage as the St Francis side was bowled out for 34.
In the other game, the Stars were able to defeat the Phantoms in the interclub battle at Yanco.
Andrew Smith (57) and Darcey Cullen (43) were the run-scorers for the Phantoms while four wickets to Will Aliendi (4/25) helped to restrict the Phantoms to 126.
Half-centuries to Dan Hillam (51) and Thomas Camm (56) helped the Stars take a five-wicket win with four balls remaining.
