Trainers will be allowed into the grounds with an accompanying stable hand, that's it.

The Leeton Harness Racing Club committee will also be in attendance, but they will maintain a considerable distance from proceedings.

Once trainers complete their set race, they will need to leave the track immediately, so other trainers can make their way in.

Joanne Punch, manager of the Leeton Harness Racing Club, said the peculiar changes will make this race meeting one to remember.

"We'll be racing to get through all of this and then we'll try and get back to normal so everyone can get back here," Ms Punch explained.

"Most people will be watching from home using Sky I imagine, they just need to be aware that unfortunately they can't just rock up to the gates and expect to get in, especially if they have kids with them."

Due to government legislation, a cap of 100 people has been placed on the event.

This has made the race meeting difficult for committee members of Leeton Harness Racing Club, but they all remain excited to see some racing come Tuesday night.

"We had to keep it under 100 people, so we've tried to just get our committee there and those who are racing," Ms Punch said.

"We've got to keep a pretty close tally of the numbers we have coming through the gate."

Despite the lack of audience, Leeton Harness Racing Club remain certain that Tuesday's race meeting will be a success.

"It's just going to be one of our regular meetings, we've just got to abide by all the rules and make sure we do everything right so we can keep racing in the future," Ms Punch explained.

"We've got some really good fields though, eight races and most of them have got 10 in it.

"But once the trainers have run their race, they've sort of got to leave pretty much straight away so we can get another horse in."
