COVID-19 has created unbelievable times and we can only hope we all come through this healthy and are able to get back in the full swing as soon as possible.
I would like to advise that the Leeton Community Op Shop and The Leeton Cannery Teahouse are currently closed, initially for a four-week period, to ensure the health and wellbeing of our volunteers and staff.
We will reevaluate the situation at the end of this period, but sadly the coming weeks and months are going to be a challenging time for us all, and we all need to stay safe and well and look out for each other.
We would like to thank all those who have helped us in any way including our amazing volunteers, sponsors, loyal customers and our amazing team of staff; we look forward to new beginnings in the future.
If anyone would still like to donate goods, we still can accept them in one of our four Green Donation drop off bins.
They are located at: The Golden Apple Superstore, Woolworths supermarket, the Sycamore St carpark with the fourth behind the shop.
We ask that you to keep any bigger items such as furniture until we are operating our truck again.
Just a reminder that our Annual Deb Ball now has been postponed until September 5, 2020.
Let's hope life is back to normal and we can get together and celebrate inclusion with fundraising.
So to everyone in our communities, please stay safe and healthy.
