Leeton's first grade coach Warren Weir has recently sent his players a workout guide to keep them fit during the coronavirus pandemic.
Most of this will focus on running and players will be required to update the coach on how they are tracking.
The move to keep the side fit and healthy comes as NSW Rugby League this week announced it was establishing a plan to work towards a re-start of rugby league activities from July to coincide with a common return date for some other winter sports across the state and the commencement of term three in the school year.

NSWRL chief executive David Trodden said the decision to work towards a shortened community rugby league season and a re-start of other abbreviated senior competitions from July 18 will be further reviewed and confirmed on June 1 subject to the existing government advice available at the time.
Meanwhile, Weir was hopeful a competition of some sort would be able to go ahead within the near future.
He said the ideal format would involve sides all playing each other once before a finals series.
"At this stage, that's probably the best outcome we can hope for," Weir said.
"As we know, everything is still up in the air, but I believe that is the idea that Group 20 are working on."
While the pandemic has affected sporting organisations of all codes and varieties, Weir said it had been important to follow the rules to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
"For us we had a lot of guys who had been playing footy already for quite a while with the Bulls, so we did give them a bit of a rest," Weir said.
"I've only just recently told them to get back into doing some of the fitness stuff.
"I think whatever happens, everyone will be in the same boat."
The Greens had been planning a big 2020 season, recruiting several players from New Zealand and Fiji, as well as gearing up to celebrate their centenary season.
Plans for these celebrations have since been put on hold until 2021.
