The meeting will be held at the Leeton Jockey Club on May 7, but there will be strict restrictions on who can attend.
Members of the general public will not be able to attend, with the meeting limited only to those directly involved such as trainers and jockeys.
The TAB meeting will be screened, so eager punters and fans can still watch the races, but just not in person.
The Leeton Cup race day was scheduled to be held on May 9, but was moved to the earlier date as a result of coronavirus restrictions on gatherings of large crowds.
While disappointed, Leeton Jockey Club president Grant Fitzsimon was pleased to be given the opportunity to hold the upcoming meeting.
"We were really glad to get the call asking if we could still hold the meeting," he said.

"It's obviously going to be very different to what we are used to.
"We'll be adhering to strict social distancing rules and changing things around on the site so we can manage that effectively.
"We have plenty of space, so that won't be any trouble."
Mr Fitzsimon was hopeful the Leeton club would be granted the opportunity to host more races where possible in the future.
