Hawks search for another victory
YANCO-WAMOON was narrowly defeated in the group 20 league tag competition, while the Greens again flexed their muscle over Yenda.
The Hawks faced off with Darlington Point-Coleambally at home last Sunday and were leading for the majority of the match.
However, a lapse in the last eight minutes of the game allowed the Roosters to register the win 10-8.
Coach Matt O'Connell was disappointed with the loss, but hoped his young side could redeem themselves in the final round this weekend.

"We did everything right last weekend except for the final minutes and that is what cost us in the end," he said.
"In saying that it does show that we can match it with these teams.
"Hopefully the girls take confidence in that and remember it when we come back again next year."
The Hawks will play their final match of the season this weekend against the Black and Whites at Yanco Sportsground on Sunday.
