That is where Dr Michael Carr-Gregg, one of Australia's highest profile psychologists, steps in.
Dr Carr-Gregg will lead a free live webinar for senior students studying and preparing for the HSC in the Murrumbidgee region. The event will be held via Zoom and will run from 10am to 11am.
The event is being hosted by the Yanco Agricultural High School P&C on Monday after receiving funding from the Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network's community youth grants initiative.

"This webinar aims to provide senior students with the skills, knowledge and strategies to ensure that they can navigate the HSC during this new reality," Dr Carr-Gregg said.
"Before the coronavirus turned their lives upside down, one in four young people young people were suffering from mental health challenges, such as depression and anxiety.
"Add a global pandemic which has shut down their school, ended their social interactions, stopped their sporting, artistic and musical pursuits and it is appropriate that we help parents focus on building resilience."
A second session has also been added for parents from 7pm to 8pm, which will include a Q&A session.
The event will discuss:
- Tips on how to overcome anxiety and stress.
- How students can look after their physical health, from getting enough sleep (the best study tool of all) to ensuring a good exercise and diet regime.
- Current research on technology and its impact in schools, along with ways for students and parents to manage it.
- Secrets to studying smarter corroborated by the latest research, including speaking key facts out loud, which increases recognition memory by 10 to 20 per cent.
- Strategies to cope with the exam period for students as well as parents.
- Alternative pathways whether or not a student has completed year 12.
- Parenting techniques to manage current impacts of the coronavirus at home, work and in social circles.
- Supporting your teenager through stress and anxiety.
- Planning and preparedness for impacts on lifestyle changes.
