While the business has of course had different names throughout that 98-year-period, what hasn't changed is the high-quality level of service.
Over the course of those years, there's no doubting the real estate business has had its fair share of challenges, riding out all kinds of history-making events in Leeton.
Now, of course, a global pandemic can be added to that list.
Throughout the coronavirus restrictions, Amato Real Estate has continued to operate in a safe manner to ensure the wellbeing of its staff and the community.
Restrictions have been adhered to, with the business closing its doors to the general public for some time.
However, while the doors were closed, all staff continued working and, this week, the doors were once again opened to the community wanting to pop in.

During these challenging circumstances, houses have continued to be bought and sold, which owner and principal Gino Amato said showed how resilient Leeton shire always has been.
"This community has always been very resilient and has weathered many challenges," he said.
"As a business we have tried to ride those challenges out alongside the community.
"Leeton is an amazing place to live and work. I was born and bred here, so to keep providing this service to the community is something I love getting up every day and doing."
Mr Amato acknowledged there were likely tough times ahead, but he was confident the shire would come through on the other side.
Amato Real Estate is well known for its friendly service and staff always have their clients at the forefront of their minds.
The business offers a range of rural, residential, commercial and property management services, as well as everything in between.
Its Kurrajong Avenue office is one of many real estate agents in town, but Mr Amato said competition was what drives the market and a health market keeps towns vibrant.
"The main thing we want people to know is we are here and happy to help in whatever way we can," he said.
"That's not going to change.
"It is certainly different times for our communities, but we will get through it.
"We are all very passionate about our jobs (at Amato Real Estate), so feel free to drop in or give us a call. We're here to help with all your inquiries."
Mr Amato said recent rain had brought more confidence to the town and he said if farmers were able to prosper once again, the shire would again be looking at better times for all.
